These terms cover your use of pearalabs.com and the Peara software, provided by Pearalabs("we", "us").

The website

The information on this website is general and may change. It is not an offer, and we make no promise that it is complete or current. Please do not use the site in a way that harms it or other people.

The Peara service (early access)

• Peara is early-access software. A business starts using it after we set it up; there is no sign-up form.
• A business's use of Peara is covered by the arrangement we agree with it, which prevails over this page if they differ.
• Each business is responsible for the information it puts into Peara, for its staff's use of it, and for keeping logins private.
• You must not use Peara to break the law, to attack or overload it, or to look at another business's information.

Our work and your information

We own Peara, its design and its content. A business keeps ownership of the information it enters. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy page.

Liability

We take care in running Peara, but software can have faults and services can be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.
